The Shop will be limited to a total gross floor area of 41m²
There you go council, keep perpetuating the stereo types and myths.... what do you say when this attitude is so ingrained, that it bridges the lunatic fringe and passes into the planning authority too keep it away from where you know, 'normal' people might see a licensed firearm owner buying a gun or a box of ammo........due to the nature of the facility and goods sold, it is better suited in areas away from major commercial activity centres.
Personal opinion has no place when a proposal is measure against a specific criteria. This individual, or group, believe there is a potential for a licensed gun owner to go postal while entering or departing this business...It is considered that a proposal of this nature is better suited in a fringe business area away from a major activity centres due to potential negative social, amenity and security impacts.

b. The applicant shall ensure that only one (1) sign is displayed for the shop (Gun Shop). The sign shall be affixed to the premises and shall not display words or images that explicitly promote the sale of guns to the satisfaction of the Chief Executive Officer.

Was approved by Council on 24/6/16.
Almost one whole year from the initial date of application. No idea on when it will actually open as has some pretty crazy limits imposed by Council.
Just always remember the name of that Rodent local State Government member who is a Grub and Anti Small Business, except if it is a Brothel or Needle Exchange Service. He did his utmost to stop it. Did not work, so clearly he is useless at getting things done.
MICHAEL HART. Piss him off in the next election.

Shop is well laid out and saves me a trip up through the traffic to Bundall. Drop in and check them out, staff are friendly, prices are very competitive.

And, trust me, life under Provisional Field Marshal Title will be hard. And a lot of people will be put against the wall. You will get angry, and revolt, and take your country back. But, in doing so, you will take it back from them, not just me. And take a couple other things back as well
Still looking for a...what the heck is this? A Ute Supplier? No idea what that means, but ready for volunteers. Also, Chief Coordinator of Executions is still open.
