I've been trying to get to The Barn on Oakey for ages now, still haven't been able to get away.
I bet that when I do, the 2205 and Trailboss will be all gone.

3 hours one way, not such a big deal, but adds another level of cost and another day lost from an ever growing priorities list.

Phone them and ask if they have any.
If they have, get them to send you a Sales Invoice, pay for it by direct bank transfer (or whatever other means they permit) and have them set it aside until you can collect.

I did inquire once but had to pick up within 7 days. If I didn't, they'd put it back into stock and give credit on something else.

No, you're not missing something, I'm just a slack bastard making up excuses. I should be able to just drop everything and have a day off.
If it was that important, I'd have ordered online and been there by now.

Jump on FB and find somebody that lives in the area that can collect it and hold it for you. I've picked up powder and ammo for people so they can make the trip when it's most convenient for them.
