Hunting on private property, well it's 'private' property.
Range can come, can shoot while you observe, can't both shoot together.

In Victoria an unlicenced person can only handle firearms or ammunition under the immediate supervision of a _qualified instructor_ and only at an approved range. A licenced shooter is not a qualified instructor as far as I'm aware.

Incorrect , a licensed shooter supervising at a range is sufficient. The supervising shooter must be in the very near vicinity of course.

Unless of course there is another licensed shooter that is happy to supervise him... then you and him could both shoot at the same time as well.
Never tell me I can't have my cake and eat it as well... otherwise what's the point of having the cake in the first place!?!
