Not a lot of pressure being generated in a .223, so as others have said, if it chambers ok, should be alright. I would resize them first, then check if the chamber before you put powder/pill in them.

It is "once fired", probably from the states. I reckon they are out of an AR and it's an extractor mark. Most of the cartridges were really good - well under a quarter were dented like these.
