I'm waiting for reviews to surface on the sauer 100, looks to be a good entry level option and a real competitor for the tikka t3, I'd be looking at one in .270 or 6.5 swede.

still no time to shoot but got a new scope for it

the new scope I reckon is the best value one I've bought includes S&B zenith, Zeiss HD5, Nightforce SHV, leupold VX-3 and VX-R, feels nothing but air at lower power, you see big(the image is much wider than other scopes) and crystal clear image very comfortably, feels better than Zeiss Victory HT at much cheaper price tag I am surprised by Bushnell...

first time at range, cleaning the barrel and tried some 5 shot groups, with cheap factory ammo, just so so, more than 1 MOA

with hand load ammo, a little better, about 1 MOA or less, will try different load and with NF SHV later
the monster scope is good but looks not very suitable for 50 meter, looks like the side focus is 75 meter to infinity rather than SHV from 25 meters to infinity

just came back from St Mary's, changed the scope again, now the sauer 202's with the Leupold Mark 4 4.5-14X50 LR/T

did some 5 shot groups like this with reload ammo, ADI case, 24.1gr 8208 and 55gr soft point boat tail bullet

the best charge should be BM8208 24.2gr, the last one of 5 shot fly high, it was my fault

Just ordered a Sauer 100 in 243 My new night time rifle. The trigger on my lever action browning was horrible so now it’s strictly a bush carry rifle
