Actually, we have two at range 2, used for the service rifle & pistol shoots & the one I've got in my range bag is a 'ships whistle' which is 'quite a bit' louder', so there should be no trouble with shooters wearing really good ear muffs or bluddy old farts (blokes) complaining they can't hear the command to cease fire.
Printed out the 'new A to C compiled' rules & will have a copy at the range. Seems ssaa have "adopted" the IRB (international rimfire benchrest) as part C & stuffed in the old 500m Fly rules as part B, with a reference to "see part A" if anything missing
We will give it a try & see how we get on.
