nsw PTA applications post lever action shotty reclass

Just wondering if anyone knows if the NSW PTA application form has changed since the reclassification of the rapid fire assault shotguns ( ) happened?

i am about to order a nice 22-250, just wondering if i need to pick up a new version of the form or will the old one still work?

Not sure if they’ve changed, but I’ve submitted a couple using photocopies of a blank form that’s at least 6 months old in the last fortnight.
One was processed fine, and the other is currently “In Progress” - but only made it to the registry on Friday

i'd imagine they would have to have changed it since the lever actions shot guns are now cat b. but i put one of my existing forms in, see how it goes.

I cant see a reason for the form to change.

You dont put the firearm down on the NSW PTA. You select which category A or B thats all.

im guessing the PTA application will change at some point as there is no option under cat B to select lever action shot guns.

I guess it will have too. Another well thought out decision by the govt.

Ring the registry and ask?

just in case anyone was interested the advice I was given was to use the B3 option
