yeah gaz ya not wrong it genuinely astounds me the contradictions this country can throw at us . hopefully this trough will head out thru the western gulf country and. give the poor buggers outback a bit of relief.

It's a great time of year for my spawn she runs around in the pourin rain and just has a ball splashin in puddles or drivin around on the block..
And don't worry I don't own a vehicle of any sort that hasn't been bogged once or twice!!

Yep well it’s certainly here. Pity we couldn’t divert some of it to the places that really need it.
Good day to make a few bullets I think. Big old fat rain has put a halt to range day and fishing today.

Yeah its got a little bit of moisture in it JT we were meant to have a bbq etc on Saturday but we ended up being cut off for two days. I finally got to see my dam this morning. .before Xmas we spent several grand getting it repaired from a blow out last year now its blown in a different spot!!!
Bloody typical but it'll still hold a bit til we can get a machine back in!!

It’s been dry around brissy for a while, and folks in Stanthorpe and Tenterfield can’t remember it being so dry at this time of year. I’m roughing it over on Fraser Island for the Aussie day long weekend. Worst thing is dingoes or goannas trying to steal ya fishing bait

We've already had a decent wet and February and March are normally wettest months so the rest of the season might be a little interesting and if we get a cyclone out in the coral sea the SE and the West should see some. Frasers a hard place to spend a long weekend. I spent a week there back in 93 or so near lake MacKenzie I think it's called hope ya had a great weekend.

Not a lot of barra in the barron but tinaroo dam is just down the rd and it's stocked with barra and every year the barra bash gets bigger. That water in the photo is just runnoff across the driveway .
