I have a howa in 223 while i do get routinely under 1" 5shot groups at 100m i look at my friend with his tikka and its just always much better near enough to 0.5". The other friend with his sako is about same but his rifles looks better.... more $$$.
But the best fun is ringing the gong at 500m with the 223 at windy hill.... Actually it's quite easy
