I like cheese melted on bread but not toasted. I don't do any spices, except maybe some BBQ sauce. With enough BBQ sauce I can get through almost anything, but I prefer to eat things I actually like the taste of. I don't use salt except that I'll lightly salt both sides of a steak before cooking it in a frying pan with a little water, I don't use oils either.
