A&B (Target) Club Attendance for R LIcense Holders

Howdi All,

I have my A and B license categories, genuine reason target and Hunting (R license). Do I have to attend the minimum number of target 4 shoots annually if I hold the R License?

Yes you do have to for the target part. You've got until the end of the month.

I found this on a NSW police brochure

That only applies if your only reason is Rec Hunting/Vermin Control and you've used hunting club membership, but you've since picked up an R licence or property permission

If you have Target as a genuine reason then you have to complete the shoots

My statement was correct at the time I made it. ( 07/03/2023 )
The above change came into effect on the 20/03/2023.
So, you now have until 30/06/2023 to get your target attendances in, 4 of them, get to it.
