Results are in. Complete Achilles tendon separation. Surgery and off work for quite a while. Unfortunately the day before my wife broke her big toe (open fracture with splintering of the bone) so that's two down at home and work.

My mate stole me from my hospital and took me to visit her in her hospital a couple times. We were both in for two weeks and when we got out were both bed-ridden for a couple more weeks, was a nightmare

I note the calibre is listed as 223Wyld. Not being familiar with that calibre I start typing 223wyld into google and one of the suggested options is
"223 wyld disadvantages"
OK curiosity piqued even further, I select that option and top of the page is "223 Wylde barrels CANNOT shoot . 300 Blackout. Doing so would cause your gun to malfunction and immediately have parts break."

You can chamber 300 blackout in a 223 wyld and fire the rifle.

I have a friend who used to pick up his daughter from work and due to her job he would regularly have to sit in the car park ( a shopping centre) to wait for her ... he would ring me and describe the " antics " of people, naturally i would continue to remind him to please stop watching people in a car park as you will lose faith in humanity (as the above story illustrates so well).

The other day I went to the only fuel outlet in town, (a general store that has a single bowser for petrol, and diesel.)
They have live cameras in the checkout showing the pumps.
I got one jerry can of unleaded.
At the checkout I said $30 for fuel.
The teenage girl said "What fuel" ?
I replied "petrol"
She then inquired "What type ?"

I replied "petrol,,,,,, unleaded"
And then as an afterthought I asked her "How many types of petrol do you know of and how many types do you have available ?"

She replied,,,, "Un Leaded"

I smiled and said "exactly",,,,,,,, paid the money and walked out.,,,,,,,,,,,

I didn't bother to say to her,,,, Look at your screen love,,,, and it'll tell you.

FMD I was at my local market and a bloke ahead of me puts a few vegetables and some other things on the counter things at the checkout a young woman about 19 didn't even know What a turnip was and she even had to ask about the parsnip I can only imagine what she has been fed as a kid .
