I read about the end of the case and that ammunition was 'filed' or stored differently from the rest of the evidence as well as the defence not being informed about it. What I didn't understand was the exact relevance of that 'found' ammunition to what was loaded in the pistol.

Some of the loaded ammo (starline brass) appeared to be the same that was fired along with the dummy rounds collected on the day of the Accident.

The prosecutors and law enforcement withheld evidence that might be favorable to the actor's defense. In a nut shell they acted corruptly and failed to do there job.

Clint was probably never handed a loaded pistol either.

The woman was killed by "complacency"

Poor procedures.
Live ammo on set.
Live ammo not locked away.
Firearm loaded.
Firearm not checked.
Safety off.
Pointed at a person.
Trigger pulled.

Multiple failures.
The greatest invention in the history of man is beer.
