No ADI data for 310 Cadet

Post by JimTom » 05 Dec 2024, 8:28 pm

Anyone else notice that load data for the .310 Cadet seems to be absent from the latest edition of ADI reloading handbook. Seems to have disappeared from the online data as well. WTF

Maybe it's considered to be "obsolete"?
You'll notice that there is nothing there for the 577/450 or the 577 Snider either.
Just sayin'.

I'm sure that if you were to ask, the good folk here might be able to suggest something, by checking their "old" hard-copy manuals.

Yeah that's stupid its very much alive and well from where I sit. I have added some of Nick Harveys data from his 5th Edition reload manual 1993.

Its been a very handy reference for me.

Is it that they dont have the correct powder available anymore. Still waiting for TB to make it to my LGS and at a reasonable price. then there will be a flurry of reloading activity.

IIRC, a few months ago they announced a new manual was coming out. Also that to keep it same size they were dropping some older data.

It would be wise to keep old ADI data manuals. It has helped me over the years, especially when I was re-loading for a mate who had a .310 cadet.

+1. Keep ANY data I say. Provided its from a manufactures source.
