It’s about 4 bananas long x 3 bananas wide x 2 bananas high.

Hope this helps :drinks:

Bipod with a bag isn’t ideal for my lever actions. Really why I bought this contraption. I still need a little bag on the front to work the action. As shown in second pic.

I can’t sight them in with a shooting stick. I’ve tried. I suck at it.

Only thing is the rear v shape rest, the rifle stock can twist left or right a bit. So I’m just going to cut some foam or rubber wedges to drop in.

I don’t really want the my lever rifles too bedded down because I generally shoot them off hand. So it’s just handy to have it, to check them after a long drive bumpy terrain. I can just sit it on the bonnet or tray and see where I’m at at 50 yards or so.

But basically that’s my intended use for it. I’m not shooting groups. I’ll just hit the paper, then move the crosshairs to the hole. Just do that a couple of times to fine tune it if needed. If it’s wandered after the trip out.

What scope/s do you have ?
Either your packing is up to sh!t,,, (and maybe your vehicle) or maybe both,,, cos a halfway decent scope shouldn't be altered (zero wise) by just travelling.

This product is not a bargain. Actually expensive for a price of plastic really.
But it’s a solution for how to attach a torch to a side by side or over under shotgun.
Which is often a quandary for many.
And I don’t really like velcro , electrical tape, bike tyre tube, liquid nails, blue tack or whatever else people use for a solution.
I will not be drilling and tapping to fit a tactical rail on my side by side either because just no.
Was of interest to me so passing it on.

I’ve ordered one and will see if it works and update.

I got one. 80 bucks delivered. Better than I expected . Not the piece of crap I expected from chinaman. Could I knock one up with scrap for less, time and money. Nope not really.

It’s actually pretty good. Generous 14m stainless allthread. Welds are good because all Chinese can weld from birth. It’s thin gauge but I wouldn’t leave it out in the weather. Very minute adjustment for elevation. Enough elevation to satisfy anyone.

Except perhaps bladeracer, who’s intent is proving the earth is round with 22lr

Adjustable feet are more plasticy than rubbery but just get a rubber mat.

Banana for scale.

Get yourself a bargain. It won’t disappoint.

Took your advice womble and mine arrived yesterday.
Couldn't agree more... you couldn't make one yourself for less, and it's actually a quality bit of kit. Very impressed

Yeah I have used duct tape in the past with various success for an O/U but now use the magnetiic mount and olight....very easy to stick on and pull straight off so I can use the torch to spot and then quickly stick it on when shooting....

Another good solution.

I have received my mount and fitted it. Crucial to provide the exact diameter of your torch.
Because you can't over tighten it to compensate.
It's a perfect fit up but I haven't fired the gun with it yet and that's the real test

This isn’t necessarily a bargain. But it’s cheap and I found it interesting. Impulse buy and haven’t even tried it yet.
But yeah, if I don’t spend my pocket money the finance officer might cut my allowance. Because she’s mean. And fat.

But it’s different and quite clever I think.
I have bore snakes and usually have the appropriate one stored in my ammo box. So for field use if necessary.
A lot of people won’t use them. Different can of worms.
Anyway this little kit I found is a similar idea done differently and perhaps done better.

So you have plastic coated cable for a cleaning rod instead. Kit also includes the usual stuff, patches , bottle of oil, a range of brushes, jags, loops, other brass things. But of course you could add your own bits and bobs if you wanted.

Dose’nt come with instructions but who reads instructions anyway. :unknown: Not me that’s for sure.

But it’s a pull through idea. So you’d slide in your cable from muzzle end and screw on your brush or loop your patch in the open chamber and pull it through.

Now the other thing of interest having received mine in the mail. The photo dose’nt give you an idea of how small this kit is.
It’s barely larger than a wallet and will fit in your pocket. And it weighs nothing. Which is perfect for field kit. And easy to squish in there.

Anyway, if of interest, this is one seller of many sellers around the same price. Can’t remember which seller i bought mine from.

I just had a look at that. A much nicer version than my cheapie. Obviously much better quality. But it’s pretty expensive.

They make a good range of stuff, the one I have is a Patriot. It uses common threads so I just paired it with my usual brushes etc.

I may invest in one after I try to use my tightarse kit and it breaks the first time I use it :)

I’ve used that tight arse kit a few times now and I love it.
Because the cable is stored coiled, when you push it through from the muzzle end, the jib just pops out the chamber to fit another patch.
Any gun where the bolt can’t easily be removed this kit is awesome.

New bargain. Well not really a bargain. In this economy not many bargains to be had.
But still, a better price for one of these just isn’t happening .

Weighs nothing. Aluminium runs its length and is one piece with the pic rail clamp. Shell holders are a plastic mold fitted to the alloy backing strip and solid. Good quality.
Handy accessory bling for any shotty with a rail https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005151785404.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.9.38761802JMODcj

Just found mine in my mailbox from Chinaman :) took a while to get here but merry Christmas to me :)

I think this is great value and if I had a spare grand would go for it.
https://magnumsports.com.au/products/no ... p-ammo-can.
That's approx $1.22 a round.
Their previous 52Gr SP 223 Rem offering shoots really well in my rifle.
Really consistent ammo.
