Who do blame for their quick online renewal that doesn’t work.

At least they don’t force me to receive that magazine anymore. Finally. For so long I tried not to get it.

I will talk to the board members once again to understand any rebuttal to Mr Ross' statement.

As a Qld member, I note that Qld bemoaned the cost of the national magazine, and yet now that I no longer receive it, my membership is still the same. I valued the magazine as entertainment, to be read for my leisure, so if I am no longer going to receive it my membership cost should reflect that in my view.

I don't like paying for the magazine but perhaps the advertising in it covers the cost...

I gave up on it years ago when the reviews started to resemble the instruction manual of the item being reviewed.

Blah blah after you squeeze the trigger the gun fires. Sliding the bolt rearward release the spent cartridge.
No. Really. What a great article. I would never have guessed.
I was wondering how this thing worked. Thanks ssaa

do you get the QLD magazine "the report" ? i've found some interesting articles in both at times and recipes for game meat . however, as others have said they are full of ads . for the cost of ssaa QLD membership fee i'm glad i belong . i do comps at ssaa ripley and enjoy the social aspect of it .

i maintain my shooters union membership purely on the basis that they are very pro active with lobbying for shooters rights . costs about the price of a carton of beer. i get no physical benefits but i'm happy to pay the fee. i met and chatted with grayham from shooters union at my toowoomba gunsmith's shop . found him to be a good fella

I recently got some stuff from Cleavers and in the package there was a catalogue from NIOA and the magazine "The Report". I liked the magazine as it had some well thought out and interesting articles.

I get The Report. I find most articles to be too short in comparidon to regular magazine articles. I much prefer the full size mag or Sporting Shooter in comparison. Once again, if it was supplied "free" as suggested then my membership would be reduced accordingly.

Just my 2c.
