nsw gofundme fighting fund

Post by bigrich » 26 Dec 2025, 5:30 am

the nsw dealers association has started a gofundme to support a legal challenge to the new laws. there's a link on ozgunsales website .

if you in nsw and can't donate the cost of a carton of beer to the fund hand your guns in now :sarcasm: it's a lot less than what your losing :unknown:

Yes there's two of them, two law firms are tackling the laws from separate angles according to this Youtube video https://youtu.be/coY0h_fffg0?si=DLfi_gef7hozl3iK.

Here is the McDonald Law one:https://www.gofundme.com/f/mcdonald-law-taking-the-firearms-act-to-court
Here is the Terra Australia Legal one https://www.gofundme.com/f/injunction-to-halt-changes-to-the-current-firearms-laws.

I won't hold my breath, but it would be worth giving them a few quid each to at least try and have the laws challenged.

As mentioned in the video, some are still burned from when lady liberty took of to the US with the $128k she raised to fight the WA laws - and at least some of that money went missing.

I'll be donating today. Choose your battles.

I funded Zoe Bueler and the police dropped their sedition charge.

I funded the SAT in WA for the pastoralist to keep his long range open.

Both were successful but they need money.

Got to save my money for the Vic one now.

Nicely done gentlemen :drinks: bravo

The McDonald case is strong. There is so much evidence in our favour . We will nail them to the wall.

Douglas Anderson and team. So thorough. He’s going to strike from so many different angles it’s so strategically beautiful.

Ok I’ve dropped 150 dollarydoos on each.
As necessary to be competitive in this pissing match on a forum. 8-)

But it really doesn’t matter what you can spare . Every dollarydoo helps.

Our cause is a just one. Onward to Glory

It's your money. Give what you afford. Legal challenges are going to force discovery by the government. Something nobody had time to do at 3am on a couple of days notice.

Yeah I put $100 on both.
Vic could well be next, depending on what Ken Lay suggest the Victorian government does with gun laws.

You’re donating directly to the legal teams. Not a “fighting fund”

Some further investigation though limited being a Sunday
Money goes into an auditable trust account administered by McDonald Law and independently overseen and audited by Kendalls Behrens Accountants.

The more publicity the better. A lot of people are pissed off about this.

Is it hate speech if we call these raised funds a war chest?

Win, lose or draw it is better to die on your feet like a man than just bend over. Of course I am referring to this in a political context.

So much easier to coordinate now than back in 1996 which makes sense why they want to ban speech and protests.

Great to see so many with us this time, the Dewish people, normal Aussies that can see our country going down.
YouTube is so full of people saying it's not a guns problem.

Liberal and Labor will never miss a chance to bring in badder gun laws and will never repeal them.
One Nation for federal and as many SFFP reps for NSW will help us save the East Coast rather than the other states falling like us.

We also need the Royal Commission to bring Elbo down.

So happy everyone is donating and the support from north and south,

Thanks everyone and lets see the writings that they ram through as the greenslime will be telling him to add everything to the banned list now that the bill has been passed.

If the Austalia marches go ahead mid Jan, lets make them huge.

I was so hoping it would go down in Perth, but sort of expected Melbourne or Sydney.

Their wars had nothing what-so-ever to do with Australia until these pretend leaders imported so many, so quick for western Sydney votes.
It's OK, just blame the law abiding shooters and hunters.

Macdonald fund is now over $221,000. the minns guv'ment should start worrying , as their going to be exposed for completely bypassing democratic due process by failing to debate the laws and failing to consult with affected parties .

We don’t have the right to due process.
That’s in the American Constitution. Different country.
(and either do they anymore)

Yes, but if the NSW government is exposed it is going to put a lot of pressure on the other states to follow due process.

that's the whole point of the legal case . i believe there are clauses in ausralian law that call for debate and scrutiny with all affected parties before laws can be passed , also with a reasonable amount of time for response from affected parties , which has not happened . the practices and process were not applied .

are you a kings council and we don't know it womble ;)
