Rock up to some random house, give him the money and take the guns no questions asked.
The trading post every fortnight.
Back when you were allowed to be an adult.
I often reminisce of the pre 90s lifestyle.
The local hardware store was our gun shop.
It's sad to have grown up in that, and now ending up in this.

Yes, Brightways Hardware in Sunnybank hills sold ammunition, 12g, 222, 30-06, 22LR.
We'd go buy it as 12 year olds to go shooting in the Compton road forest with our father's 22's, so they wouldn't know as their ammo stashes remained untouched.
How we survived that I don't know, I mean, guns are evil, people aren't right?
Yep, sold all my soon-to-be crushed semi and pump firearms on The Trading Post. The week before the deadline. Legal as could be.
Wonder where they are now. In collections somewhere I guess. The victimless crime...
That saved me from the personal hatred I would have felt of myself from giving the politicians their self-flagellation orgasms into their hankies, and me staying legal.
DOH! What did I do? Why did I do that?????
