They say things happen in 3's

In the past week or so, they have got the other 2 high profile bush-wilderness-survival experts on the run from police, Tom Phillips and Travis Decker.

So watch this space. :drinks:

Sounds like he topped himself an hour or so after the initial shooting...

They had a heap of cadaver dogs up there.
And he would be rather stinky. And you’d see swarms of flies heading to that stink.

They’ve turned over every stone up there. I don’t think he’s there.

Yeah I dunno... the bloke was a known egotistical attention seeker so if still alive I reckon he would try and rub it in the cops faces...

Being captured, losing his freedom , being manhandled by cops and going to the big house would likely be a fate worth then death for him....

I believe he knew some hidey holes in the hills and after realising the hopelessness of his situation just wanted out..

Single gunshot was heard 20 minutes after.
So how far could he have gotten on foot.
With the manpower they had probably grid searched that radius.
But yes I think he's dead. He's worth too much money to protect.

Absolutely a hunter in the area. A hunting rifle suitable for the deer in that area isn't a pipsqueak and would be heard 10km away easy.
There'd have been hunters out and about unaware of the vendetta the cops had for old Dezzy. Either that or a farmer taking a shot.

Typical media and those who believe them, no idea what goes on outside the 'burbs, I don't believe a bit of it.
It would be a great rumour to start by the cops, humiliated by the whole thing. They may have had great success during cov1d king-hitting commuters and holding down grannies with pepper spray in their eyes, but not here.
And Dezzy's not pushing up daisies either. He's long gone, was on the first day. I'm not putting up comment on his crimes or innocence or otherwise, just saying, he's more of an outdoors man than all of those seat warmers put together.
Saw a few vids from Chaos Chronicles and I reckon Biff is onto it pretty well.

So Dezzy did get away and embarrase "Vic's Finest" after all, eh?
Until this morning.
Was it a dobber looking for the reward who gave em the tip off?
Silly bugger should've left Sicktoria.
NOTHING the police media spin out there will I believe.

A mate who's a Qld copper sent me a message with the breaking news this morning, calling him a POS. He's dead, good riddance blah blah.
I messaged back, be careful who you say that to, out here he's like a Ned Kelly status bloke.
I asked, did they set out to execute him like they intended, same as they did at Wiembilla?
Of course was the answer, shoot police, you die.
My answer was, so if someone kills a member of my REAL family, I can do that too?

It came out a few minutes ago that the police were tipped off, and have actually been having a stand off with him for a few days. Whether he's come out guns blazing, they starved him out, or have gone in to get him isn't clear yet. They just said he refused to surrender.

We can only speculate on the circumstances of the original incident and what's happened today. Hopefully the truth will come out, Hopefully he's got a dead man's switch in place and someone can get his side of the story out.

I don't trust what the media and police have told us and think there was a lot more to the story, very interesting to see the police take on a tribal mentality as you've pointed out - you kill one of us, you're dead.

Can you tell me more about Wiembilla?

3 hour standoff in a sea container on a farming property. There was only one possible outcome.

Given the Port Arthur evidence is embargoed for 95 years, I doubt we'll hear the facts.
Only what they want us to know (believe).

My copper mates sat here and told me, with smiles on their faces, about the results from the SERT visit to the Wiembilla prickle-farm.
One of them was standing out the front gate and watched and heard the brief they told the assembled general-duties cops told to wait for them.
I'm definitely not going to repeat what I heard online.
But those people were definitely not ever going to be arrested. I don't think you could ever imagine what they actually said would ever occur in a supposedly lawful society.

Suffice to say, police are not supposed to execute murderers in a deliberate fashion, just because they killed police prior.
Anyone who thinks this is ok is mentally ill, and the enemy of all of us.
Yet, your wife can be murdered in front of you by a multiple-offending dreg of society, let out yet again by a leftist judge, to kill your family, and you cannot just fill them full of bullets.
Society and the government tell you they must have their day in court.
You are not allowed to have justice yourself, government sanctioned murder,
unless your job is to murder, right?
So there is a double standard, and we all breath the same air.

Dezzy should have walked into a small cop-shop and gave himself up, after organising a squadron of TV cameras following him in.
The same media now, and the gullible, will just suck up what they are told, and he will never be a martyr to his pointless cause.

Never met or spoken to the man but from what I can assume walking into a police station and giving himself up was not in his personality.

Apparently he said for years the police will come for him.

Even if dezi gave himself up would the outcome be any different? A lot of ways to die in jail not to mention heart attacks or suicide etc
