thanks for the sentiment , happy easter to you and all the other forum members too :drinks:

whatever i'm doing , just spent the last hour with the dremel and some 400 wet and dry putting the final touches on my ruger m77 bolt/extractor . flawless feed and extraction with 7x57 cases now . tested using dummy rounds and fired cases of coarse :) for problems like this USA forums have been a wealth of information . cautious meticulous work has saved me money and months of waiting for a smith to do this fiddly job that most of them wouldn't want to spend their time on . very happy camper , it is a VERY good friday now :D

Rather strange actually. The area is just super quiet. Normally there's distant spotlights swinging around on the far away hills at night, buggies on the roads, 4wd's convoying past, far away shots echoing repeatedly.
Maybe today.

sum ting wong , is he a chinese wise man like Confucius ? :D

i'd say people are cautious about doing to much due to fuel price and availability. either that or they've heard about the fella with the deer who doesn't tolerate trespassers and poachers :D .

i wish the coalition would take note of "the enemy of my enemy is my friend..." and join with ON . in theory , if the conservatives worked together in parliament and with vote preferences we could rid ourselves of the left and start rebuilding our nation . albo-sleazy came out recently and said "we don't want to turn back the clock" . what sort of idiot is he , our country was more productive , self sufficient and we had a great affordable lifestyle

Maybe we live in a different world but I haven't spoken to anyone who didn't say how shocked they were how Canavan is white-anting his own past statements regarding what he'd do to fix this country being sold out by the ultimate loser. Albanese and his activist cronies.
ON moves a motion to get out of Paris, and Canavan and his blood-suckers abstain from voting. Something he's always advocated !
ON moves a motion for an enquiry into transgender being pushed onto vulnerable kids in schools... Liberals sided with Labor against discussing it...
It goes on and on.

They are all unfit for anything other than hand-brooming a busy highway.
Don't laugh... I saw that on a highway in an industrial zone in Dalian, northern China. Saw a poor bloke launched 5m into the air by a chinese-made VW Golf.
