TAS - deer hunting

Anybody familiar with the rules around going down to Tassie to shoot some deer?
My daughter might be moving down there shortly.
There is an opportunity for me to go down there in November to shoot a match so I could drop past and spend a few days with the kids.
The property they're buying backs onto lots of public land, and they'd like me to drop some deer to fill their freezer while I'm there to save them some money.
I've worked out I need a hunting licence, which isn't a problem. But how do I determine whether I can hunt the area the kids are in?

This link should take you to an interactive map where you can see the areas open to public hunting. Click the layers button on the top right of the map and hide everything except for the public hunting area layer and they should show up in dark blue.

The rest of the public hunting land permission (for deer) is doled out on a ballot/booking system that's now completed for the year. Also keep in mind that the antlerless deer season closes on the 15th of November this year and the adult male season is already closed. Wallabies can be taken year round, but make sure not to take Grey/Forester Roos on public land as they're protected and can only be taken on private with crop protection permits.

They're not very big, maybe 5km by 2km at most but access doesn't look bad.
I'll try to follow it up further.

I'll try to follow it up further.

As for those zones, the one by St Mary's (far right) is apparently difficult to access with very little deer. The bottom left area is very rough country. Very vertical and overgrown. I spent six or so hours in a neighbouring block of land the other week and found very little sign for my efforts. One pile of doe droppings and some year+ old rubs. The two blocks at the top of your picture might be more promising, as there's apparently a good amount of deer around Blessington just a bit West from there but all on private or public that isn't open for hunting.
