This will only occur if the Government-installed and paid judges follow their employers desires... which as we see in high profile cases in certain states and federally recently.
These judges are there because they set the narrative... look at a few examples if nobody has figured this out yet -
-"Two Teir Policing" - where cops and the courts sentence (or don't) people on different standards based on the colour of their skin, their religion or if they want their community voting block
See the sickening, disgusting behaviour of the otherwise-unemployable germs in British police who let that young stab victim bleed out in handcuffs because religious freaks claimed he racially abused them. Let him die for a lie.
-"Giggle Vs Tickle" where a mentally ill man wanted to join a women's-only site and was sickening enough to use government money to bankrupt and sue the woman owner who was only trying to bring some sanity back to this crap.
-Sictoria and NSW - where little girls hold their bladders all day because boys are allowed into their toilets and sports changerooms on the decree of the LABOR scum enforcing this insanity

Those JUDGES - employed for their agreeing political and future views of how our society will run will make that decision. WE are told therefore, how our thoughts must change to be as sick and alienated from what real life out there is - as they are.

While you haven't been watching, a new claim has become fashionable in the law courts.
It essentially is a claim of psychological issues caused by childhood trauma.
If accepted it allows immediate entry into the "victim class" with it's connected benefits.
