I wouldn't mind attending. But the cost of living under the current guvment has made that idea, out of reach.

At the recent one they did at the Penrith Leagues Club, the SU and industry rep mob invited everyone from political parties to come, but only SFFP showed up in force.

The One Nation candidate from the mid-north coast, who will lose his business and life-saving spoke.
He was the Aussie manufacturer of the semi, and straight-pull action that can handle higher pressure, and did a world patent on it.

The only other one to turn up, likely for votes, was a young Nationals rep.
The goose admitted that they had to go along with what the city voters wanted.

They all know the fight is lost, and the only next step is to try and get all involved voted out.

A very alarming rumour is that Mince has told the FAR to cull as many licenses as possible before the buyback, to save money.
No appeals, as like PTAs, they will all just be delayed until the regulations are drawn, then appeals are only for the rich people that can afford a high court challenge.

Have not heard anything like that rumour. Where did you hear that? Even the people I deal with within the firearms registry and a couple involved in politics, close to this Minns debacle have not heard anything like this. Not saying your wrong, but a "rumour: like that deserves closer scrutiny imo.

The trouble is, it is just the sort of thing they would do.
You would have heard the truth of people with a disability, like a bad back, now needing a doctor's letter to renew their licenses.
The questions the doctor must answer to assure the applicant fits into their ever-changing non-definition of a fit and proper person may discourage a lot of doctors from providing the letter.

This will now be every 2 years, but the doctor must have been treating you for much longer than that.
Will this admitted trial ever be dumped? Not likely.

Sorry to hear that mate, I wish I had more time as well. I'm from another state, but what happens there could easily happen here, especially if that knuckledragging CFMEU DNA receptacle that's opposition 'leader" here ever gets back in - it will only be the lazy gimme-gimme handout-city scum that would ever vote for that caveman... but the country is getting dumber and dumber.
And the cowards in socialist trash politics are looking on. They need to see a groundswell of hatred for them in the people entitled to draw Australian air.
And what is truly sad is that there will be apparently relevant shooting politics that will NOT be there. And still expect a vote from shooters.
