and after all that funny satire on a lot of political figures, dan andrews cartoon character was far depicted as worse than hasties, hastie is winging about a cartoon . shows very poor strength of character in my opinion

I finally saw it myself. The context of traitor was voting with labor after he said he'd vote against the have speech laws with the liberals.

That is spot on mate. Hearing the stories about Hastie from mates of mine who were involved have very harsh comments about the kind of man he was when in the service and where he placed himself, and his alleged competitiveness and jealousy.
AND Lambie.

Reminds me about something we've probably all experienced in a competitive workplace.
I had a few welders working for me on one project, all absolutely first-class tradesmen.
They were all outstanding welders, quiet, incredible tradesmen, all team members. Except one.
He was as excellent as the rest, but he continuously tried to elevate himself above the others, tried to get more done, always tried to highlight anyone else's mistakes whilst hiding his own, always trying to put the others against one-another. All with the aim of being on top by default.
Maybe not coincidentally, this bloke had long hair down to his belt and was 5'5" tall.

The others just did great work, quietly trying to do better because of a self-achievement perspective, nothing else.
In the end, I had to let him go after a few official warnings and note-taking. The result was a more enjoyable workplace for all, and he was replaced and we all moved forward.
But wherever he went after that, I doubt he changed and just took that destabilising personality and giant shoulder-chip to the next workplace, despite his skill level not needing to be that way at all.

I've been watching these cartoons for ages. They never miss the mark. So now that ON are gaining momentum, the gubberment decides its time to censor them. Only, at least in my circles, the talk around work, pub etc is that everyone has had enough. Hopefully enough to generate proper change.

I helped Barry O'Fatass off his job.

We rode to the Sydney house of clowns early one winter morning, torturing my Ducati on Parra Road, likely half wearing the clutch out.

I wonder if the latest kids protection legislation has some fine print to censor these cartoons; they will want them gone before the federal election campaign, as they will expose the lies, for sure.

Trump called for the E-Karen to return and answer questions, so it looks like we are stuck with her here, forever.
