I heard an old interview on the local radio conversation hour yesterday coming back in the ute ( no other bloody radio stations here) done in 2007 and it was an insight into the bloke. He did a lot of youth work and wasn't at all enamoured to the left, I'm surprised the ABC gave him a platform.
Anyway, he will certainly be missed by those he helped, outside of his music.

angry appears to be a fella from the school of hard knocks who kept his feet on the ground and gave back at a grass roots level . a lot of rose tatoo's music was popular with bikies and outlaw types , with a strong patriotic bent . i can still identify with some of these aspects

if he was anything , he was proud to be australian . RIP
