Gong on

Post by deye243 » 29 Oct 2014, 9:27 pm

well i suppose a gong is equipment

well today i scored a 21"x1/2" gong for $10 so i took it

out to me range , i didn't have much time to have a good

crack at it (kids gotta go here gotta go there :( ) but i

think i did alright considering there was a x wind of

10 to 15K on the 1st 2 shots i thought i missed the 2nd

but i was sure i herd the bing so i got on the radio to

my son (he was hiding behind a big red box tree so

he told me there was 2 touching) no wonder i couldn't

see it .

and then the wind just droped out like it does here on the coast

and i sent 3 down quick smart and i was impressed to say the least.

range 760y

Please tell me you heard it ring - it's the best noise!

Well i went out again today and with the help of a mate put up the gong properly so it can ring, and yep next time the mutt stays home .

Any way, this is the CB shot if you look at it full screen you will see the hit centre 3" high.

Cheers D

i leave him home most of the time now , you ought to try and shoot out the window with him in the ute haha not happening ...

he used to look over my shoulder from the back seat when i took a shot and he would even stop breathing like me but about 6 years ago (he was 6 then) he just changed and now carries on like a 2 bob watch..... :?
