I suspect that is where people come undone with storing in their shed.
Even if the shed isn't a fortress (which most aren't obviously) if you've bolted your safe to the brick and concrete you can reasonably argue you took all reasonable steps to secure your firearms.
If you do the same but your shed is full of crowbars, grinders or cutting equipment... Good luck arguing your way out of that I guess.
