Cool little movie that shows some of the techniques that go into making the high end Beretta shotguns. Beautiful bit of kit

Drool,
And we could have had a Baretta manufacturing facility right here in Vic if our poly's weren't so blind.

Gotta ask... Do they really hand sculpt every stock?

I'm a little dubious.

Nah I doubt they do every one. I'm thinking the really expensive ones get this treatment.

Seeing the guy shooting it looks like some English lord out for a fox hunt....

Probably one of their $50,000 jobbies.

Great video anyway.

I noticed right before the creak of the tree coming down they show a guy hefting an axe.

Pigs ass they're using axes to cut those trees!

I know it's 'hand made' blah blah blah but I'm surprised they still shape the stock by hand at all.

Obviously they're not short on tech, surely there is a some mill or lathe or whatever it is that does it 100x faster and more accurately.

That's the tree hand made one being done there obviously, perhaps they're making it to someone's spec?

Totally guessing that though so easily wrong...

Probably scenes from a custom job there.

They do them, can be up to a year for one of those engraving jobs I've read elsewhere.
