Newbie just saying G'day.

Post by Stressless » 22 Feb 2015, 9:23 am

Hi all,

I'm new to this forum and new to the sport of hunting, I've always be interested in hunting but never looked at it until resently. I've just applied for my licence so now just waiting for it. I'm no stranger to riffles, as a kid we had the good old air riffles and a couple of .22s and a 410 shotty. I spent time in the army, used most of the riffles they had from SLRs to 50cal machine guns. I have been lucky enough to get some places to hunt 3 properties out at Inverell N.S.W and 2 out at Moree N.S.W.

I'm looking at a .308 Howa with a Tasco scope or a .308 Ruger American with a Redfield scope.

Cheers Darren.
