Quick release action bolts?

This is just for a hair brained scheme of mine but worth asking

Does anyone make something along the lines of "quick release" action bolt?

I'm thinking of something along the lines of having a sporter stock and bench stock and being able to snap an action in and out easily as required...

Do such things exist?

Power drill = quick release?

two screws, 6-8 turns each. all my rifles are already quick release. maintaining the correct torque is quite important for accuracy also. don't risk shooting a firearm without knowing the action screws are correctly tensioned

It's probably time to get myself a torque screwdriver for this.

I've got two rifles now and I've just been doing them "tight" by hand for months.
