Chrony agree with the greater recoil and recoil velocity but those comps are wrong, unbookmark the website recoil should be 20 versus 23 ftlbforce
Also, recoil velocity is simply a conservation of momentum calculation; {look away now those susceptible to head hurt syndrome }
Velocity (rifle) x Mass (rifle) = Velocity (bullet) x Mass (bullet)
therefore by dividing both sides by Mass(rifle);
Velocity (rifle) = [Velocity (bullet) x Mass (bullet)] / [Mass (rifle)]
Velocity (rifle) = [ 2800 x (180/7000) ] / [ 8 ]
= 9fps
