Noisy has gone fully redneck!

Post by Ladynoisy » 17 Jun 2015, 10:30 pm

Noisy has decided to revoke the residency of the rat living in the kitchen ceiling.......issuing eviction orders by way of the air rifle!
It will only make a little hole...easy to fix he says!
Apparently the slug doesn't penetrate horse hair plaster but does the new modern plaster....yep there's more that one hole!

apparently the little fuvkers can't burp or fart, the flour and sugar get them to eat the bi-carb which fizzs up in there guts and thier guts pop internally. They die but your dog or cat or kids won't if the find them as its harmless to anything bigger.
works a treat

It's not "redneck", it's "lateral thinking" and "utilising existing resources"!

That sounds similar to the special powder they use against termites.
As termites grow, they moult and in effect, their outer "skin" pops open and they walk out of it.
Then the whole process starts again till next time.

The powder (which is harmless to anything else) prevents their skin from popping, so the lil buggers end up imploding.

I got a mouse spotlighting in my kitchen with a Dolphin torch and air rifle back in the 1980's

If he can get a direct shot there will be no need to fix any holes.

The solid slug/SG loaded shotty shells aren't new at all. Such loads were known in muzzle loading days as "Buck and Ball" - as in buckshot and round ball. It was typically loaded into paper cartridges for the likes of .577 and bigger smoke poles.

And they pattern ok?

I see there is another one with buckshot on the bottom and a stack of discs at the top of the shell.

Sounds like it would be a dogs breakfast coming out of the muzzle.
