damn right theyre serious....

That Philip Alpers... what can you say :unknown: , whatever it is, is insignificant to the pressitutes because theyve already stated his game changing bullshitery quote:
"Professor Philip Alpers, founder of Gunpolicy.org, told ABC's 7.30 the category A distinction deems the weapon "harmless tool of the trade, tool of the farm", meaning it's too easy to obtain despite its eight-round capacity.

NEWSFLASH
you STILL need a firearm licence
you STILL need a permit to acquire
you STILL need to register the firearm...

But of curse categorsy 'A' is available to all and sundry....

deatils, details, who care right??, its a scary gun. gunses be badses.... HOPLOPHOBIA contagiosa....

My goodness. There is a lot of fear over there.

Would these people ever travel to the States or would they be afraid the guns would get them? Serious question.

They failed so dismally at the Senate Enquiry that they have to have another go or be seen to lose face because self righteous, right fighters are genetically incapable of admitting defeat or wrong doing at ANY level on ANY subject or issue. Dumping indisputable evidence in their lap is akin to making them drink acid - it eats them from the inside and only makes them hate you more and ramp up their vilification to make you "pay" for being right. I believe it all stems from such people being basically VERY insecure about themselves and so everyone has to comply to their view point in order that they can feel like worthwhile people.
There's still a few of Wile. E Coyote's ideas that I haven't tried yet.

Greens Senator Penny Wrong...
"If you're a mass shooter, which is what the Port Arthur laws were designed to curb, then that (the Adler lever action shotgun) is the type of gun you go for,"

If you're intending to kill people, wouldn't you go for what the rest of the police/criminals go for? The police and other criminals usually go for semi-auto handguns (often traded for things like surfboards from QLD Police) or a trusty pump action shotgun (like the one the Australian gun laws failed to keep out of the hands of the Martin Place Siege criminal).

So all the murderers are going to drop their semi-autos and pump action shotguns and suddenly run out and apply for cat-A licenses so they can buy a registered lever action shotgun? Senator Wrong mustn't have any brains.

A person could walk into a shopping mall, carry two knives totally un-noticed. Run through the packed mall slashing and stabbing from one end to the other. Leave the mall. What will stop it happening?

Nothing.

Do innocent people get stabbed often and die? YES.

Do innocent people get shot up often especially by a lever action shotty? Not really. No one has been shot up by a lever action shotgun since... since...oh yeah I don't think ever.

The truth is irrelevant when it comes to gunses....
Guns are indeed bad according to the 'discourse', and anyone who tries to defend them is part of the gun-lobby and trying to water down laws... that we're told have been so eroded since 1996 that its a matter of public safety now..

In parliament it was said that the community was concerned...(about the Adler)... but really, WHO THE HECK in the community had any idea about it?? Even now :unknown:

This must feel like their chance at redemption, so they finally get a way to screw shooters over again because of their fears of inanimate metal objects and beliefs which have no basis in reality.

I see a parallel with Greece..... the government went to the people to ask the question, they wanted a YES, they belived they would get a yes, even though they created a charade of asking for and wanting a 'no'.... got the no, continued with the program as if they had the yes...

The tards expected a result from the Senate hearings, got a different result, continued on their crusade in absolute denial of the evidence and result (along with the media and unfortunately the law enforcers/legislators hand-in-hand) as if they got 'their' result.....

I always shoot by volume because I never have my balance with me for mass shooting.

I have started reading a really good book called "the bias against guns" and it also talks about how guns are a neutral thing and are good for both good and bad and how the media intentionally only report on the bad. It be great if we went to allot of trouble to counter report and point out in allot of situations on either 1. How a firearm could have potentially deterred the crime or 2. How a firearm was used to save lives to begin with.

Let's look at the Martin siege for example...instead of us saying "ffs the police shot and accidentally hit someone other then the bad guy" we say "without those firearms allot more people would have probably perished"? Just a example of how we can really counter them hard and deteriate their obvious attempts at only shedding light on a firearm that was used for bad.
Thought it was interesting...hope I didn't go of the mark to far lol...still reading =]
