Well the terrorist's on a whole arnt terrible smart thankfully so there not very inventive.

Im even of the mind you should have to have a licence for compact bow's there instantly power full, iv heard of them going through steel drums filled with sand that stopped a 30-30 cold. and there totally silent as well.

Just getting back on topic, the Steyr is of pretty much the same gene pool as the Mannlicher. I used to work in a gun store in Sydney back in the mid 1960's before I was given a suit of green clothes and sent to SE Asia and I recall us having those rifles on the shelf for a fair while. They were beautiful rifles and smooth as silk but didn't shoot any better than a Winchester or Remington both available back then. There were people liked them because of what they were, but then the 303/25 was probably the most popular hunting cartridge on converted SMLE actions, and you could bash 'em around. Australian shooters like quality but unless they have heaps to spend will stick with what they know and what works. The animal you shoot has no idea how much the rifle cost, and most rifles will shoot better than most of us can.

Generally speaking blokes who rolled around at all, let alone in shiny 3pce gear were not to be trusted with a weapon. "Good Morning Vietnam" would have been a nice relief though, it rained a lot.

I've seen a couple of shows on guns in the US, you should see some of the accessories they do for AR-15's and other popular stuff to target lady buyers.

Stuff like this is apparently pretty common...
