You can understand manufacturing and production issues. But attitude and service like this is inexcusable. My brother was looking at purchasing at least one, more than likely two. After hearing about their service he has struck them from his list and will be looking elsewhere.

Had my LA101 for about a year now with zero problems, it's been an awesome accurate well built gun.
Looking forward to getting a Lithy in 243!

Might have been mentioned already but do we know what the twist rate for the new centrefires will be? In particular the 223. Can't seem to track them down on the interweb.

I did inquire via email but the response was to the affect, 'we need to keep some surprises for release'.

Yep, service is where it's at.

If you have a problem with something and the business takes responsibility and fixes it for you without drama it doesn't put you off, it makes you want to deal with them again.

They might have a few dozen revolving set :unknown: always easier to have lots of the same rather than lots of different...
It might even be marketed as super tactical 223Rem, 1in7 for the heaviest tacticooool bullets, and that can be their edge ;)

They could use some of the old smle tooling... Actually, it would make sense...

1) they don't want to talk about twist
2) 5r is trendy atm
3) they used to mass produce smles

Nice wood. I don't think that they're being imported to the USA but if they are, or will be, they'd be one I'd look at.
I've been asked: "How many guns do you need to have?" My answer remains the same: "One more."

Well, hope they sort it out quick smart from here, RSJ!

I'd be writing to them and insisting on a barreled action swap out and full factory range testing. I'd also be strongly suggesting that including a factory light trigger free of charge and covering your postal expenses would be the beginning of making up for the extreme inconvenience you have suffered by this poorly handled issue.

Finally got my fishing reel back after 4 months, by the way. No charge for repair or postage.

Austac no I don't have one and if I did I would have sacrificed it with fire..

What pisses me off is their lack of updates or hey we stuffed up and we are sorry..

I feel sorry for our troops if this is the level of quality that they receive with their equipment.

It will take a long time for me to trust them and even longer for me to stop telling people how much pain they will get from one.

Was in a gun shop on Saturday and a guy was looking to buy the crossover 22lr and I just told him my story and he put it down and bought a CZ.

Hopefully that's someone who is saved the pain
