I was wondering where this got to .....nothing on the WA state gov law website;

http://www.slp.wa.gov.au/Index.html

Nothing related to the Firearm Act review,

I did notice a prominent link at bottom centre to the Bill of Rights, if interested go to page 2 item 7 :thumbsup:

Submissions closed a little while back, nothing since.

In other news, they're not currently accepting license applications as they've taken down the old registry and are bringing the new registry and and application system online. So there is a two week delay/black hole with applications atm

Not accepting licence applications? I dont think they can 'not accept' applications, usually the wording of the legislation does not allow for a will not issue if 'inconvenient' provision....

Just imagine if the Roads Authority put out a notice to say 'so' sorry, we wont be issuing licences 'for a while'....

Aboriginals can only hunt in there traditional country so I can't hunt in any other state or any other region that I have no traditional link to and because kangaroos and emus are on the coat of arms they are protected and the rest of the wildlife and fauna unless on so called private property so in other words the bush lands is like our private land camping bush walking and wildlife and fauna are for all to enjoy except hunting in this country has been done for thousand of years and is our custom and tradition in our boundaries which is fair enough
