I asked you what about this safe didnt adhere to the current storage requirements in QLD because I cant see anything in the legislation which might preclude it and all you can do is show your total ignorance and give a condescending response......
But at least it gives you a good ego boost huh smartarse.....
OK, here's another little challenge for you.
YOU do the math.
BTW, where in the advertisement that you posted does it state that the steel thickness is 3mm?
https://www.vevor.com.au/biometric-safe ... 0505271919Here's some data for you.
Q235 steel has a density of 7.85g/cm3 (
https://www.cnclathing.com/guide/what-i ... comparison ) = 23.55kg/m2
If it helps make it a bit easier, data from my "Black Book" shows that
3mm thick steel is 24kg/m2.
From a stated weight of 3.5kg, simple math would say that the container will have a surface area of 0.146m2
BUT, if we take the surface area (given in the advertisement picture), and
without allowing for the fact that the sides could be considered as being double sided, the surface area is about 0.24m2.
IF that is the case, then the steel thickness is probably less than 2mm.
Feel free to challenge my basic math and prove that the cabinet is 3mm thickness.
