You know what I reckon Damo?
We could have a proven working system like that of NSW, or Victoria, and allow THE PEOPLE to go out and have a wholesome healthy time getting away from the rat race and feeding the family, but NO, the "acedemics" (university-indoctrinated politically motivated non-achievers) set the rules.
The fact is, there is NO reason this cannot be beneficial to the people as a whole, except that
by setting this up, they reinforce a very big reason for the people to own firearms and concrete that necessary action and stave off the future utopia of a country where the only people who own firearms are the strong-arm of the politicians and their own plans - the Police.
We see in NSW, the by-stealth efforts to turn this tap off by Labor/LNP Duopoly, by realising this as the SFP has alerted members of the intentions to turn SF's into NP's and deny access to hunters all the way up the east coast as soon as they can manage it.
Whoops, by putting the screws on the real Aussies who are hunters after the collective Govts screwed up and allowed Bondi to occur, Minns has realised that hunting access is a big hurdle in his socialist plan.
Qld has so much pressure to resist allowing hunting from the inner-city concrete trash, from pushing the hunting-access for-the-people barrow for years I finally spoke to a high-up Liberal who's moved to the Qld Southern Downs. He's a hunter and has deliberately sold his Brisbane home and business to move out here and buy acreage to be able to hunt and shoot, realising that the only way he can do this for the rest of his life is to get away from the urban retsrictions.
I met him because of my participation in our fight against the 200+ turbine Pikedale Wind factory.
He told me that to stay in power that the LNP realises that they could be easily swapped for the anti-gun, pro-China manufactured renewables sales push that is neanderthal Labor, and the city voters would most likely swing against them if they openly supported hunting access and firearms use in the headlines. as it was, to resist the sickening liar Minns and not screw Qld'ers over too, they lost some political points with the concrete dwellers.
After being involved in this push, this is what I've learned. I've been bagged out by the "hunters" themselves, ignored by the governments and gotten nowhere but at least it's given me the personal feeling I did something myself and not just discussed this with those already onside.
We won't see hunting in Qld State forests with the current scum in Duopoly politics, and the majority of sheltered indoctrinated voters.
99% of the deer in Qld will either hunted mercilessly for money for the few and never allowed to reach their potential, and those that try and manage them to get to their natural best are just denigrated for their efforts by the same people who have the majority all fooled. Whilst the "deermaster" social-media influencers will continue to get free hunts-for-access to keep the pot boiling whilst pretending they have all this magic "free-range" to keep themselves personally supplied. It's pathetic really.
I really want to be proven wrong, and the only way this will change direction is if everyone stands up at once, using their "representatives scattered all over the place to come together as one. All at once. And forget for once, that not everyone who pays membership to them is a paper puncher.
And the paper punchers to side with the hunters, for once, and stand up. Because it makes both stronger. But they won't. Please prove me wrong yet again.
