I ran the barrel in, shoot, clean, shoot, clean, etc. After that, carbon solvent and brush sort of clean whenever I am home from the range - it always gets a clean before going back in the safe; and last time I think I was near 500 rounds in total, so I used copper solvent. That's about it. I do have a bore snake which comes with me, I have used at the range after around 50 rounds and I did notice a little bit of a diffrenece. But to be perfectly honest I haven't spent enough time with it to make a solid informed statement.
