If you're talking about the confirmation of ownership / license - I keep a copy of these so if the police arrive and for some reason their paperwork doesn't line up - I at least have some evidence to support what I have.

I'm still awaiting on my first to arrive so hadn't seen one till then.
One was a green piece of paper and the other appeared to be a photocopy.
